Problems with MyRazzles?

Cody reported that he has been having problems with our site putting viruses on his computer. I have not had problems with the site.

Have you?

I have reported it to Sparklite and they are checking on it. I have had no problems here. If any of you have then let me know.

I do want to warn anyone about RealArcade. 3 people I know of have had pc crashes. So be careful.

I ran McAfee on this page and it says there are no problems with this site.

Now let me know if anyone has had problems but it seems this site was not the problem for Cody.

Sparklite is still testing and I will let you know. Your safety is very important to me and I will never knowingly put you at risk. You can believe that.

I've been having a problem with this also Trina. My computer seems to grab and quarantine them before they do real damage. Thank goodness so far. But I get a pop up and it lets me know what type was attacking my computer. Just a few minutes ago I had a high risk virus trying to intrude. I just keep watch and scan my computer after an attempted attack.

Mohala,

Can you tell from your virus scanner what it is? Or any information on it?


Everyone, be sure I'm working on this!! I'm awaiting sparklite's report, but since it's taking too long for me, I am looking into other forum boards that are not hosted by sparklite.

Thank you for sticking through this with me. I am very sorry for the problems that we have had. I promise you that I will resolve this matter, one way or another. 

They say it's resolved, we'll see.
If not, I'm still looking at other forum hosts.
I wish I knew how to build my own from scratch to prevent these issues.
But for now, keep an eye out, and I'll keep looking.

I love you all for helping me, and working with me, and not deserting me because of this problem.

I just noticed that our ads are different. They said they changed them, but I just noticed that they had. Maybe things are sorted now.

I reported it. We are not the only ones to have this problem.  Many, if not all, of activeboard's users are having the "fake Virus" scanner pop up on them.

I don't know what is next. I'll keep you updated as I find out more.
